SDLC Professionals was founded in 2008 to do one thing well: deliver custom software that production teams could rely on. No methodology theatre, no rotating-door staffing — just senior engineering embedded with client teams, shipping working software.
Eighteen years and 20+ enterprise systems later, the formula is the same. Healthcare, government, and financial services clients still engage SDLC Professionals for the same reason they did in 2008: when a delivery has to land, on a real deadline, against a real audit, it lands.

Where the products come from
A pattern repeats across enough engagements, and the answer stops being a one-off integration and starts being a product.
The firm's first product — currently in private preview — came out of M&A advisory work: watching teams of analysts spend weeks doing what AI agents could do in days, then watching those same teams struggle to justify what the AI produced to a board. SDLC Professionals solved the workflow and the defensibility problem in one platform.
More products are in the pipeline. Same pattern: a real problem seen in the field, solved by a firm that has shipped before.
Services were the soil. Products are the harvest.
SDLC Professionals grew up on staff-augmentation consulting; those engagements are where the recurring problems that the firm's product work now addresses first showed up.
With the firm now focused on shipping its own products, new custom-software engagements are currently paused. Exceptional cases still get a direct read.
